CASIO ID is an online service offered by the Casio Group to safely and conveniently verify customers.
Registering for a CASIO ID lets you use the member site and access online services such as downloading apps and content, all with a single ID.

Are there any disadvantages to not migrating?

Your customer information registered on the old account will be lost, and you will no longer be able to continue using paid services.

Is there a time limit for migration?

There is no time limit for migration, but as old accounts are no longer operational, a CASIO ID is required to use services.
